Policies

When booking you are agreeing to the following policies.

Payment

  • Full payment for makeup service is taken at checkout.

  • Any additional fees for mink lashes are to be paid on the day prior to leaving your appointment.

Cancellations

  • Appointment must be cancelled at least a week prior to your booking in order to redeem a credit note.

  • By no means will a refund be issued due to cancellation on the clients end.

  • In the event that Makeup by Evelyn Papas has to cancel your appointment, you will be refunded in full.

Credit Notes

  • Credit note may be issued where appointment has been cancelled 1+ week prior to your booking.

  • Credit note will not be issued if you miss your appointment, are late, or cancel within the week of your booking.

Lateness

  • Lateness of more than 15 minutes will result in appointment cancellation.

  • Payment may not be refunded or transferred towards another appointment if you are late or miss your appointment.

On Arrival

  • Please come with no makeup to your appointment. 

  • Please avoid bringing any children to your appointment.

  • Fees for any damaged items at the hands of the client or plus one must pay a fee to compensate for the damaged item prior to leaving the premises. This includes products, furniture and property.

Bridal Bookings

  • To confirm booking, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required within 7 days of booking- our quotes are subject to change as we do regular reviews of our pricing.

  • Balance must be paid 30 days prior to your event which then becomes non-refundable from this point.

  • Assistant is required for groups of 5+ and will incur an additional fee to cover their costs.

  • All mobile bridal bookings incur a travel fee.
